A Reception was Hosted in honor of Dr. Rohan Perera, Sri Lanka's candidate to the International Law Commission. the event took place at the "Sky Lounge" of the Dag-Hammerskjold Plaza. with over a 100 diplomats in attendance, the guest of honor for the evening was the Hon. Rauf Hakeem, the Minister of  Justice of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
