Registration of Foreign Suppliers- Year 2010 Ministry of Defence, Public Security, Law & Order of Sri Lanka and the Departments coming under it’s purview Ministry of Defence, Public Security, Law & Order of Sri Lanka call for fresh registration for the year 2010 for the supply of goods and services to the Ministry and the Departments coming under the purview of the Ministry including the Sri Lanka Army, Navy, Air Force and Sri Lanka Police Departments. Suppliers may obtain application forms with other documents from the Mission counter on payment of US$ 7.5/=. The applicant who seeks registration should pay US$ 15 per category and the receipt issued should be submitted along with the application forms. Duly completed application forms together with all the necessary documents should be sent by registered post to : The Chief Accountant. . Ministry of Defence,, Public Security, Law & Order 5/15, Baladaksha Mawatha Colombo 3 Sri Lanka on or before 04th December 2009. The top-left-hand corner of the envelope containing the application of foreign Suppliers should be marked as " REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS - 2010 (Foreign)" Information regarding the main titles , status of suppliers and the number of categories identified under each title is attached herewith.
